We're looking for an experienced Handyman to join our team on a 3-month contract, helping us clear a backlog of maintenance tasks across both commercial and residential properties in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers an excellent £22 per hour, an early Friday finish, covered parking expenses, and the potential for ongoing work after the initial contract.

Handyman Responsibilities:
Painting and decorating
Unblocking internal drains
Changing locks and minor carpentry works
Minor plumbing tasks
Cleaning guttering using a ground-mounted vacuum system
Weekly fire alarm testing and water flushing
General property upkeep and maintenance
What you'll need:
Proven experience as a Handyman or Multi-Skilled Operative
Skills across painting, plumbing, and basic carpentry
Ability to work independently and manage varied tasks
Reliability and attention to detail
