Handyman / Making Good Operative – Horsham
📍 Location: Horsham
📅 Contract: Short-Term
We're looking for an experienced Handyman / Making Good Operative to join a short-term project in Horsham, starting immediately.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work.
Duties will include:
* Filling and making good walls and surfaces
* Mastic and silicone application to a high standard
* Sanding and preparing surfaces for decoration
* General snagging and finishing works
* Basic carpentry and patch repairs
* Using a trowel and a variety of hand and power tools
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with minimal supervision
Requirements:
* Proven experience in making good and finishing works
* Excellent masticing and filling skills
* Confident using a trowel and hand tools
* Own tools and PPE preferred
* CSCS card preferred (if required for site)
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
