Salary: £18-£20 (p/h)

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated handyman to fulfil day to day tasks to the level the client requires.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and/or commercial properties
Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and minor electrical work
Identify maintenance issues and resolve them efficiently
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations
Communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer serviceRequirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic tools and a valid UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred)
