£29,000 - £30,000 + Overtime OTE 36k + Paid Qualifications + Van + Phone + Progression

Are you a Handyperson looking to join a rapidly growing family run business, offering a fully paid CSCS card, along side a company van and phone with all expenses paid?
Are you looking to join a long-standing company offering plenty of overtime to boost your earnings, along with clear scope to progress into a Maintenance Manager in the next 2 years?
In this hands-on role, you will be carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance on commercial buildings for a catalogue of well-known high street brands. Starting from home, you will be reacting to call outs from clients, ranging from carpentry to plumbing jobs.
Founded over 20 years ago, this building maintenance and refurbishment company pride themselves on client retention and their exceptional service, looking to expand their clients for years to come.
This role will suit a handyperson or maintenance person looking to gain a fully funded CSCS card, whilst working for a family run company that will look after them and offer the chance to progress in the future.
The Role:
Carrying out reactive maintenance on commercial buildings
Doing carpentry, plumbing, and anything in between
Progression to management within 2 years
8am - 5:30pm. Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours a weekThe Person:
