£30,000 - £33,000 + Training + Overtime (1.5x) + Progression + Excellent Benefits + Training on bespoke machinery + Days Based
Wood Green ( Commutable from Haringey, Edgeware, Barnet, Enfield, Watford, Borehamwood, Harrow, Loughton, Tottenham )
Are you a Handyperson or General Tradesperson looking to work for a local secure business offering a varied role with a great work life balance?
On offer is a great opportunity to increase your hands on abilities through training whilst working in clean, modern and well kept facilities.
This charity have built a strong reputation over the last 50 years working in the Property Management sector on a range of residential sites. As a result of continued expansion they are looking to add to their close-knit maintenance team.
You will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Operative's performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks. This will vary from Electrical to Carpentry and Plumbing work.
This position would suit a Handyperson / Tradesperson , looking for a local role offering good overtime rates and stable work.
