Job Description

Handy Person – New Build Residential Project 📍 Location: Norwich 💷 Pay Rate: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour (CIS / UMB / PAYE options available) 🗓️ Duration: Approx. 3 months 🏗️ Start Date: ASAP We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Handy Person to join a reputable building contractor on a new build residential site. The role involves carrying out final snagging works to prepare properties for handover to new homeowners. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Completing internal snagging tasks (e.g. minor carpentry, patching, painting, sealant) * Preparing homes for final inspection and handover * Ensuring high standards of finish throughout * Working closely with site management to meet deadlines ✅ Requirements: * CSCS Card (valid) * Own tools and transport * Previous experience on new build housing sites * Attention to detail and a proactive attitude 📩 Apply today with Anglian Recruitment to be considered – long run of work with a great site team
