Handyperson – Multi-Trade Maintenance
Covering Central Scotland & North of England
Full-Time | Permanent | Vehicle + Benefits
We’re currently looking for a reliable and skilled Handyperson with strong experience in reactive maintenance and property repairs to join a growing team of multi-skilled professionals.
Working across both residential and commercial sites, this role will involve a mix of planned and responsive maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, joinery, decorating, and general fabric works.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Carrying out a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks across client sites
*
Handling minor plumbing works (repairs, basic installs)
*
Performing basic joinery: door hanging, floor fitting, installing skirting/shelving
*
Painting and decorating to a high standard
*
Supporting small electrical installations or repair tasks
*
Working safely and efficiently, always adhering to RAMS and health & safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar multi-trade role
*
Skilled in at least one core trade (e.g., plumbing, decorating, joinery)
*
A proven record of delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service
*
Good understanding of risk assessments and safe systems of work
*
Presentable, dependable, and approachable attitude
*
Full UK Driving Licence
*
Able to pass a standard disclosure check
*
Willing to travel and take pride in your work
