Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Handy people for a contract role in Addlestone, responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. With a good background of carpentry works.
Responsibilities
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment.
* Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot issues.
* Perform electrical repairs and installations as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and understand schematics.
* Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams.
* Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills in English.
* Ability to maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with logical reasoning abilities.
