Hard Landscaping Foreman
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (no weekend work)
Benefits: Company van, 28 days’ holiday, pension contribution
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
As the Hard Landscaping Foreman, you will take full responsibility for on-site operations — leading your team from concept to completion across a range of high-end residential and commercial projects.
You will ensure each build runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards, working closely with designers, clients, and suppliers to bring each vision to life.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all on-site landscaping works, ensuring excellence from groundwork through to final finishes.

Supervise and motivate a small, skilled team of landscapers and labourers, maintaining a culture of pride and professionalism.

Coordinate with designers, clients, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.
*
Plan and manage daily site operations, resources, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
*
Maintain strict health and safety standards for all site activities.
*
Monitor budgets, material usage, and ensure projects are delivered within financial targets.
*
Oversee logistics, including deliveries, plant hire, and equipment maintenance.
*
Ensure precision in hard landscaping works such as paving, patios, retaining walls, and bespoke stone or brick features.
*
Conduct regular quality inspections and provide on-the-job guidance to develop team capability.
*
Represent the company professionally on-site, maintaining a strong reputation for reliability and excellence.
*
Contribute to process improvements and feedback to management for continuous enhancement.
