Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing personal and practical care to service users, supporting their health, wellbeing, and independence.

Assisting with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, feeding, and medication prompts.

Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals as outlined in their care and support plans.
*
Promoting a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment by maintaining hygiene and supporting with meal preparation.
*
Accompanying service users to community outings, appointments, and leisure activities.
*
Respecting individual cultures and needs, ensuring care is delivered with dignity and compassion.
*
Maintaining accurate records, including personal files and financial logs.
*
Looking after the property and belongings of service users with responsibility and care.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working in a care or residential setting
*
A kind, empathetic nature and genuine passion for supporting others
*
Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*
Willingness to undergo relevant checks (e.g., DBS) and provide references
