Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Swindon Care Home – £12.21/hour
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our care home team in Swindon. If you have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and a passion for providing person-centred support, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Swindon SN25
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Your Role:

Deliver high-quality personal care and emotional support to our residents

Support residents with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, and meals
*
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
*
Collaborate with nursing staff and families to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
*
Previous experience in a care setting
*
A caring nature, strong communication skills, and a team-focused attitude
*
Reliable and committed to promoting dignity and independence
*
Right to work in the UK
