Job Description
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents within the care home. You will support residents with daily living tasks, promote their dignity and independence, and contribute to a caring and supportive environment.

Assist residents with personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.

Support residents with mobility and help them move safely using appropriate equipment.

Serve meals and assist with feeding as required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and report any changes in residents’ condition.

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
*
Promote residents' independence, dignity, choice, and respect.

Support residents in participating in recreational and social activities.
*
Help maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with other care staff, nurses, and management.
