π Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for global payroll and HCM clients

Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
β
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant setups
β
Deliver client training, documentation, and support
β
Identify process improvements and risks throughout implementation
π Ideal Profile
π 5+ yearsβ experience implementing payroll or HCM systems
π Strong project management and stakeholder skills
π Deep understanding of UK payroll processes
π Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
π Confident working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
