Job Title: HE Aesthetics Lecturer
Location: Newcastle College, Scotswood Road, NE4 7SA
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (08 September – October Half Term, potentially longer)
Hours: 24 contact hours per week

Job Summary:
The Supply Register is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HE Aesthetics Lecturer to join Newcastle College on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver teaching on Level 4 and Level 5 Aesthetics programmes, supporting learners as they develop advanced technical skills and industry knowledge.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled industry professional with expertise in areas such as micro-needling and laser hair removal, looking to share their knowledge and inspire the next generation of aesthetics practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching on Level 4 and 5 Aesthetics programmes.
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons and materials to support learner achievement.
Provide academic and practical guidance to students.
Contribute to a positive and professional learning environment.
Support students in gaining the advanced knowledge and skills required for the aesthetics industry.
Requirements:
Significant industry experience at a high level.
A Level 5 qualification (or above) in Aesthetics or a related field.
Expertise in micro-needling, laser hair removal, and other advanced techniques.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one through The Supply Register).
