Our client is offering a very exciting opportunity for a Head Baker to come on board and help lead this great new Bakery and Café. It is a part of award winning family group of Restaurants, Hotels and Pubs and this offers a great opportunity for an experienced Baker to show what they can do!
What's involved?
You will be fully reasonable for all Bakery operations, including planning and coordinating all the production for retail and wholesale. You will be leading a team of 2 or 3 Bakers and be responsible for training and developing your team. Ideally you will have worked in a similar artisan bakery before.
