The restaurant is fully set up with menus in place and a clear focus on high quality, locally inspired seafood. With around 60 covers, this is a hands on Head Chef role where you can lead the kitchen, maintain standards and put your stamp on a much loved site.
The contract runs from February through to October, with strong potential to extend into the Christmas period and beyond.
