Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage kitchen operations across different venues.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Oversee menu planning, stock control, and cost management.
Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt to different kitchens and teams.
Enhanced DBS check (required).
Full UK driving license and own transport (preferred).
Experience working in education or health care environments is highly desirable.
