My Client, a theme restaurant in central Worcester, is looking to recruit a Permanent Head Chef.

They require a suitably experienced Head Chef looking for a fresh challenge in a highly regarded venue

The main responsibilities of the job includes

- manage kitchen operations 
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development
- Supervise food production
- Work closely with front-of-house teams
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Address operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly 
- Implement strategies to optimize food costs, waste reduction, and profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The salary on offer is up to £38,00 plus bonus plus tips
