Agency Head Chef – Premium Pay – NHS/Clinical Reliability Standards

London (Various Zones) Rate: £26.00 - £35.00 per hour (DOE)

The Role:

    Running the pass at 5* Hotels, Private Hospitals, and Event Caterers.

  * 

    Managing allergen compliance with zero margin for error.

  * 

    Leading brigades of 5-20 chefs during peak seasons.

We Need:

  * 

    Experience: Minimum 2 years at Head Chef level.

  * 

    Compliance: Food Hygiene L3 & Allergen Awareness (Essential).

  * 

    Background: Experience in High-End Hotels OR Private Healthcare preferred.

  * 

    Vetting: Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to apply).
