Head Chef – £35,000 to £42,000 per year Dependent on Experience

Working alongside an experienced Executive Head Chef, this is a chance to excel in a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen without sacrificing your personal time, with day shifts only, every other weekend off, and a set weekday off each week, You’ll have the space to be creative with fresh food, influence the menu, and shape the standards of a state of the art restaurant kitchen setting that has already become a key destination for visitors.

 In this Head Chef position, you’ll be stepping into a beautifully designed high volume fresh food restaurant with a purpose-built production kitchen and an experienced brigade already in place. 

This role offers the scope to lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team while putting your own stamp on the kitchen culture, menu execution, and service consistency. Whether you’re a confident Sous Chef ready to take the next step or an established Head Chef seeking a more balanced, people-focused role, this is an opportunity to showcase your leadership, technical skill, and passion for fresh, seasonal cooking.
