In this Head Chef position, you will:

Lead the full kitchen operation, reporting to the Catering Manager
Oversee daily catering for 5,000 day students and 73 boarding students
Manage an in-house hospitality service
Guide, support and organise a brigade of 15-20 staff
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and consistencyWhat we're looking for

To succeed as our next Head Chef, you will:

Be an experienced Chef with a background in high-volume catering
Bring strong leadership experience within large kitchen teams
Demonstrate excellent culinary skills and creativity as a Chef
Have solid knowledge of HACCP, food safety and health & safety regulations
Show strong budgeting, costing and waste-reduction skills
