Head Chef - Iconic, Rural, Multi‑Outlet Hospitality Operation
£50,000–£55,000 per annum + TRONC + bonus

This is a rare opportunity to lead the entire culinary operation of a high‑volume, all‑day dining business operating across multiple outlets and menus.
Service runs across breakfast, lunch and dinner, alongside afternoon teas, 'grab and go' fare, as well as events, weddings and functions throughout the year.
Set within a remote and iconic location, the role offers a lifestyle‑led opportunity for a Head Chef who enjoys scale, complexity and team leadership. Backed by an established and respected hospitality group, there is clear ambition to elevate standards and progress towards achieving 2 AA Rosettes within the restaurant.
This role is suited to an experienced Head Chef, rosette‑level exposure desirable, leading a brigade of 12 chefs and 4 kitchen porters in a demanding, multi‑service environment.

Package
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum (DOE)
Bonus: Annual end‑of‑season bonus (previously 10%)
TRONC: Approximately £4,000 per annum
Accommodation: Live‑in available at £10 per day / £70 per week
Hours: 45‑hour contract, 5 days from 7
The Role
* Full leadership and management of a large, multi‑section kitchen operation
* Oversight of all menus including breakfast, lunch, dinner, pub food, grab‑and‑go, afternoon teas and functions
* Maintain consistency and standards across all services and outlets
* Lead, organise and motivate a brigade of chefs and kitchen porters
* Deliver food for high‑volume service, functions, weddings and events
About You
* An experienced Head Chef with strong kitchen leadership credentials
* Proven experience managing large, multi‑operation kitchens
* Calm, organised and confident operating in a high‑volume environment
* Passionate about quality produce and well‑executed food
* Motivated by the opportunity to make a mark and progress within an ambitious operation
