Key Responsibilities
As Head Chef, you'll lead the kitchen team and will:
Manage and motivate Chefs and Catering Assistants
Organise rotas, objectives and training
Deliver tasty, nutritious and safe meals
Maintain excellent food hygiene and allergen standards
Manage dietary requirements, including allergies and intolerances
Oversee production planning, stock, waste and financial management
What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced kitchen leader with:
Experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a mid-to-large scale dining environment
Experience with food mass production
Strong leadership, organisation and decision-making skills
Excellent food hygiene and allergen knowledge
City & Guilds 7061/2 or equivalent
