Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular hotel chain on Jersey in the Channel Islands who are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef to join their team and work under their new Executive Chef.

What's involved?
As Head Chef you will work very closely with the award winning Executive Chef in motivating, mentoring and organising the kitchen team to make this one of the smoothest and efficient kitchen brigades in the Channel Islands.
You will naturally have flair and imagination with a keen eye for detail and presentation and of course an amazing ability to create exciting menus that will have guests and visitors to the hotel returning time and again.
You will have a minimum 10 years experience in a senior kitchen role, ideally with a level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate. You will also be able to show success in controlling food and labour costs.
This is very much a 'hands on' role and you will be happy to lead by example.
