Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an independent Pub in Gillingham who are looking for a Head Chef to join their busy team.

What's involved?
As Head Chef, you will lead a small team of 4, catering for approx. 80 to 90 covers a day. You'll work Wednesday to Sunday offering pub classics, specials, a popular Sunday lunch, as well as catering for small groups of loyal locals!
