Set in the stunning Warwickshire countryside, our award-winning wedding venue is known for its tailored celebrations and elegant, seasonal menus. We host a variety of weddings and private events throughout the year, combining exceptional service with beautiful surroundings..
Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver seasonal, bespoke menus for weddings and private events
*
Lead, train, and manage a professional kitchen team
*
Oversee food sourcing, kitchen budgets, and stock control
*
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
*
Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless service on the day
About You:
*
Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in a quality events or hospitality setting
*
Passionate about fresh, local ingredients and elegant food presentation
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
*
Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, with regular daytime shifts
