Are you an experienced Head Chef ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a skilled Chef to lead the kitchen in Rugby based gastro Pub . This is a great chance to not only lead a team but also to put your own creative dishes on the menu!

As the Head Chef, Your day-to-day will involve:
Cooking and preparing high-quality meals, with the freedom to add your own dishes to the menu.
Ordering stock and monitoring your kitchen's GP.
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, always following food safety rules.
Working with your team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy times.
Keeping an eye on food stock levels and helping with inventory.
Making sure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.Who We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Head Chef is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards (we can help with certification).
Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
