🔪 Requirements: Must have own knives, chef whites & safety boots
We're seeking an experienced Temporary Head Chef to lead in a busy catering environment across multiple events.
🗓 Dates & Events
4 Sept - Prep day
5 Sept - Wedding breakfast (63 guests) + buffet
24 Sept - Lunchtime buffet (150 guests)
26 Sept - Prep day
27 Sept - 3-course meal (100 guests)
3-5 Oct - Preparing baguettes, pies & burgers throughout the day
6 Oct - Lunch buffet (150 guests)
7-8 Oct - Night buffet (~1am on 8th) for 150 guests✅ What We're Looking For
Proven experience in high-volume catering
Strong organisational & leadership skills
