Head chef required for a property in the Welwyn Garden City area, this kitchen is of a good standard and they are looking to really push forward on the food offering. The quality of the produce is fantastic and they have lots of plans to move it forward. Head chef £50-60k, welwyn garden city area
The role
As a head chef you will bring your knowledge of a multi-menu F&B operation, you will be able to refine the menus, develop them, train the team and push the operation forward. The F&B menus do include afternoon teas, main restaurant and lounge bar offerings. This role includes all the standard Head chef duties,
Experience
We are looking for a head chef with a fresh food background, you will have a rosette or rosette-level operation background. you will be able to hand fresh food, seasonal menus and a few different menus for a multi-menu F&B operation. you will have 5* food hygiene and good knowledge of GPs
