Situated in the heart of Central London, this concept blends the precision and elegance of fine dining with the energy and creativity of a small plates menu, delivering a refined yet relaxed culinary experience.
The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to take full ownership of a brand-new kitchen from day one - from building your brigade to designing and executing an innovative, seasonal menu that will make a mark on London's culinary scene.
We're looking for a Head Chef who's ready to create something extraordinary, with an eye for detail, a modern approach to plating, and a deep understanding of flavour.
What We're Looking For
Previous Michelin star or 3 Rosette kitchen experience is essential
A strong track record as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Creativity and vision to lead a new concept from the ground up
Exceptional leadership skills - able to recruit, train, and inspire a new team
In-depth knowledge of modern cooking techniques and high-end ingredients
Comfortable balancing refined flavours with a small plate format
Fully confident in kitchen management, compliance, cost control and service standardsWhat's on Offer
