You'll be the calm in the chaos, the one plating up quality under pressure.
This busy riverside pub needs a Head Chef who can manage compliance, drive GP, bring out the best in the kitchen crew - and balance fresh, seasonal flair with the dependable pub favourites that keep locals coming back.
👨🍳 Must-haves:
3+ years' experience as Head Chef or strong Sous
Confident working solo when needed
Menu planning, stock, EHO + GP knowledge
Calm, fair leadership style
Creative with a sense of humour
