Head Chef – UK Wide Opportunities Available
📍 Location: Various locations across the UK
💷 Salary: Up to £55,000 per year
📄 Contract: Permanent, full-time

We are currently recruiting for multiple Head Chef positions across the UK, working with a range of quality-led establishments including country house hotels, boutique properties, and high-volume operations. These roles suit experienced chefs who are ready to take full ownership of a kitchen and drive standards, performance, and team culture.
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, leading your brigade, controlling costs, and delivering consistent, high-quality food. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
  * Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  * Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team.
  * Design and deliver menus that align with the style and standards of the business.
  * Manage GP, labour costs, and overall kitchen financial performance.
  * Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  * Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  * Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all food offerings.
Key Requirements
  * Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up.
  * Strong leadership and people management skills.
  * Proven track record in managing kitchen finances and GP.
  * Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
  * Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  * Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
