Job Title: Head Nurse / Clinical Co-ordinator
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (minimum 2 days per week, additional hours available)
About the Role:
We are a welcoming, private dental practice, looking to recruit a dedicated and organised Head Nurse / Clinical Co-ordinator to join our friendly and experienced team.
This role is predominantly office-based and focused on the smooth running of the clinical side of the practice, including:
Reviewing and updating clinical policies
Overseeing and supporting the nursing team
Coordinating servicing and maintenance of equipment
Ensuring compliance with CQC and cross-infection control standards
Occasional chairside nursing to provide cover for holidays or sickness
You will work closely alongside the Practice Manager, supporting the team and ensuring excellent standards of patient care.
What We're Looking For:
GDC Registered Dental Nurse (essential)
Experience in a senior, lead, or coordinating role within dentistry
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive, adaptable approach to work
Commitment to maintaining high clinical and compliance standards
