Head Dental Nurse – Private Practice in Twickenham
Full-Time | Permanent | Up to £19ph | Fully Private | ASAP Start
Are you an experienced Head Dental Nurse looking to take the lead in a modern, fully private dental practice? This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where your leadership, clinical, and compliance skills will be truly valued.

Position: Head Dental Nurse
Salary: £17–£19 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
What’s on Offer:
Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Set 5-day working week – never more!
Flexibility to work either a Saturday or a Sunday twice per month (never both)
Modern practice using Exact software
Supportive, close-knit team with a strong focus on patient care and high clinical standardsWorking Hours:
Mon–Thurs: Between 8:00am – 8:00pm (8-hour shifts)
Fri: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Sat: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sun: 10:00am – 4:00pmWhat You’ll Need:
GDC registration
Proven experience as a Head Dental Nurse
Strong understanding of CQC compliance and procedures
Confident leadership skills and ability to support and develop a team
Proficiency with Microsoft and dental compliance platforms
Excellent written and spoken English
Flexibility to work shifts within the practice’s operating hours
