Are you looking for a new Head housekeeper position within a care home?
We are recrutiing for one of our fantastic clients for a Head Housekeeper in Stourport-on-Severn
Responsibilies:
* Responsible for managing and supervising the domestic team.
* Responsible for putting together laundry and cleaning staff rotas.
* Being part of the interview panel when recruiting to the domestic team.
* Ordering cleaning and laundry products for the Home.
* Ordering linen for the Home.
* Liaising with relevant contractors and suppliers.
* Managing the Housekeeping budget.
* Ensuring the Home’s cleanliness and laundry requirements are kept to a high standard.
Requirements:
Experience of managing a small team of people and working in a care home or similar is essential.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about their role, an excellent communicator, with good computer skills and a team player, reporting to the Home Manager.
Head Housekeeper -
- 28,000 - 30,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday - 8am - 4pmBefore You Apply
