Responsibilities in your new role as Head Housekeeper
In this pivotal role, you will oversee staff management by creating work schedules, assigning duties, and recruiting, training, and motivating your housekeeping team. You will perform quality control by inspecting rooms and public areas, ensuring they always meet our cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will manage the inventory and supplies, such as linens and cleaning products, and liaise with other department heads and the hotel general manager, maintaining clear communication. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will ensure that all guests have a wonderful experience, as you uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and respond promptly to their needs.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
