Head Housekeeper - 4* Hotel, Exeter £35k 40hrs per week
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper for this luxury 4* hotel located in Exeter.
This luxury boutique hotel has 60 bedrooms as well as a bistro, bar and spa area.
As the Head Housekeeper, you will be
* responsible for housekeeping including management of the team, rotas and stock control
* ensuring high standards are maintained and that guests' satisfaction is more than exceeded
* hands on - this is a hands on role so you will be involved in the daily housekeeping and not office based

Our ideal candidate would be
* an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Head Housekeeper with a 4* hotel background
* able to lead, manage and motivate a team
* hands on (this is not an office based role)
* attentive to detail with exceptional customer service skills
* able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
* flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
