Head of Application, D365FO - UK Based - £105k
Nigel Frank are exclusively partnered with an internationally renowned business, assisting their search for a Head of Applications candidate.
This strategic leadership role will oversee the D365FO team across the UK and Europe, driving business strategy, team performance, stakeholder engagement, and budget management. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of ERP delivery within a dynamic, international environment, whilst managing a high-performing team.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for application deployment and performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the application landscape.
- Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the team.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven track record in application management and project leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to stratigise and enhance the overall application ecosystem.
