The Role
You’ll lead curriculum delivery, assessment, and enrichment in Art, Fine Art, and Photography. With excellent studios, a kiln room, and digital design resources, the department offers a dynamic space for artistic exploration and personal development.
Responsibilities

Coordinate schemes of work across KS3–KS5
*
Support students in producing coursework portfolios and final pieces
*
Lead gallery visits, art club, and creative outreach opportunities
*
Manage staff CPD and performance within the department
*
Promote diversity and inclusive representation in artistic work
Candidate Profile

QTS with a relevant Art or Design qualification
*
Experience of exam board processes and moderation
