Job Description

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Business to lead our client’s dealership operation in the Swindon area. This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for the overall performance, profitability, and strategic direction of the site.

The successful candidate will oversee all departments including Sales, Aftersales, and Finance, ensuring the business operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Full P&L responsibility for the dealership.

  * 

    Driving performance across all departments including Sales, Service, Parts, and F&I.

  * 

    Leading, motivating, and developing departmental managers and wider teams.

  * 

    Setting and delivering strategic business plans and objectives.

  * 

    Monitoring KPIs, profitability, and operational performance.

  * 

    Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and brand standards are maintained.

  * 

    Building strong relationships with manufacturer partners and stakeholders.

  * 

    Ensuring full compliance with FCA and company procedures.

Requirements

  * 

    Proven experience as a Head of Business, General Manager, or Dealer Principal within the automotive sector.

  * 

    Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitability.

  * 

    Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

  * 

    Experience managing multi-department operations.

  * 

    Strong understanding of FCA regulations and dealership compliance.

  * 

    Full UK driving licence.
