Role Overview

Main Duties

Strategic leadership of Chemistry curriculum and assessment

Training and mentoring of junior science staff

Monitoring student data and planning interventions

Organising trips, external lectures, and national Chemistry challenges

Supporting whole-school science outreach

QTS and degree in Chemistry or related field
*
Experience in leading within a science department
*
Strong track record of exam success at GCSE and A-level
