As Head of Commercial Broking, you’ll be joining an independent brokerage with a people-first culture, long-standing insurer relationships, and a reputation for doing things the right way.

You’ll work directly with the Owner/Director, defining and implementing the broking strategy and contributing to the overall business plan.
You’ll shape how the broking function evolves, technical oversight, standards & performance.
You’ll still have hands-on influence with insurers and underwriters, maintaining and strengthening key relationships, negotiating terms, coverage and pricing.
You’ll elevate a good team into a great team, coaching, developing, mentoring.
You’ll have the opportunity to play a key part, in delivering commercial and operational, excellence across all classes of business.
It’s a role for someone who’s built enough experience to know exactly how a commercial broking function should run and will enjoy leading this team into their next chapter of growth.

Strong UK commercial insurance background
Expertise across Commercial Combined & Property Owners
Solid broking experience
Leadership experience in a broking or placement function
CII qualified
Working hours: Monday to Friday
