Job Description
A market-leading leisure and hospitality group is looking for a Head of Commercial Contracts to join their expanding business. This key commercial role focuses on contract negotiation, supplier management, cost control, and commercial strategy across multiple entertainment venues.
The Role of Head of Commercial Contracts
• Lead commercial contract management and supplier negotiations
• Reduce supplier costs and drive commercial value
• Support procurement, sourcing, and commercial decision-making at senior level
• Oversee supplier onboarding, compliance, and performance
• Identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities
• Provide commercial risk management and contract law guidance
• Present key commercial data and proposals to the Board
The Candidate for Head of Commercial Contracts
• Minimum 5 years in commercial contracts, procurement, or supply chain
• Background in hospitality, leisure, or multi-site operations preferred
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Excellent commercial and financial judgement
• Good working knowledge of contract law
• Confident communicator able to work at Executive level
