Head of Commercial Vehicle Sales Location: Milton Keynes Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, NO weekends!! This an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to help launch a brand-new sales division. You will earn a basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum with bonuses on top. Pension Holidays Head of Commercial Vehicle Sales Key Responsibilities Lead the sourcing and sales of new LCVs and HGVs to commercial clients. Leverage an established network of vehicle suppliers, dealers, and clients to kickstart business activity. Utilise our database of existing finance clients to generate immediate sales opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities. Recruit, mentor, and lead additional salespeople as the division scales. Cross-sell finance products where appropriate to enhance client offerings.Head of Commercial Vehicle Sales Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales (LCV and/or HGV). Proven track record in commercial vehicle brokering or main dealership sales. Extensive personal and professional network in the commercial vehicle space. Solid understanding of the LCV/HGV broker market and supply chain. Experience in selling finance products related to vehicle purchases. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
