We are actively seeking an experienced Head of Technical Compliance & Risk to work for an organisation based in London. This is for a permanent contract
Position: Head of Technical Compliance & Risk
Location: London
Salary: £63 – 71,000pa
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Head of Maintenance with a compliance strategy for hard services
* Review Asbestos, hazard, water hygiene, F-Gas register and completed remedials
* Liaise with Head of Health & Safety, and Head of Capital Projects
* Resolve issues raised in compliance audit
* Monitor estates compliance reports for 3 university sites
* Work with external agencies for permits and licences
* Comply with ACOPs, HSG, HTM, HBN and SFG20
* Lead risk management, update register and use specialist software
