Head of CRM Platforms Salary: competitive West London (Hybrid Working) About the Company Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning organisation with a global presence and a reputation for innovation, commercial success, and a strong people-first culture. They are now seeking an experienced Head of CRM Platforms to lead the organisation’s CRM strategy and execution, driving customer engagement and maximising the value of data across the business. The Role In this senior, strategic position, you will oversee the organisation’s CRM platforms (currently Salesforce and HubSpot), ensuring they are secure, scalable, and delivering maximum value across the business. You’ll act as the lead authority on CRM usage, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, data, and technology teams to streamline operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and create seamless customer journeys. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end CRM strategy, ensuring reliability, scalability, and usability. * Oversee integration, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems. * Drive CRM adoption through training, support, and best-practice guidance. * Partner with commercial and operational teams to enable effective targeting, reporting, and performance tracking. * Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate, timely data flow into reporting tools and customer platforms. * Manage relationships with vendors and external CRM specialists. * Uphold data governance, security, and compliance standards. * Manage budgets and vendor contracts in line with strategic technology goals. * Continuously evolve CRM capabilities based on feedback and changing business needs. About You * Proven experience leading CRM strategy and implementation within a large, customer-driven organisation. * Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot, including integration and user enablement. * Track record of delivering cross-functional CRM initiatives—experience in events, media, or multi-site businesses advantageous. * Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking and project management skills. * Understanding of finance systems and the order-to-cash process. * Passion for improving customer experiences through data-driven insights. * Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
