Head of Department for Contract Kitchens (Kitchens & Bathrooms)
Location: Hemel
Type: Full-time | Salary: Competitive, DOE
We are working with a growing interior fit-out company based in Hemel, seeking an experienced and proactive KBB Operations Leadto take ownership of kitchen and bathroom projects from start to finish.
This role requires someone with a strong background in managing multiple projects, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms, who can take the lead in planning and packaging projects, putting together specifications and design and estimating.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of kitchen and bathroom fit-out projects – from client brief and scope through to completion
* Prepare and package projects for internal teams and subcontractors, with clear documentation and timelines
* Converse with members of the supply chain ensuring the design, quality, and client expectations are met.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
* Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively resolving any issues
Requirements:
* Strong experience managing kitchen and/or bathroom fit-out projects
* Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple active jobs
* Commercially aware, with experience handling budgets and procurement
* Confident in client-facing situations with a problem-solving mindset
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
