Our client is looking for a hands-on, strategic Head of Digital Marketing to drive growth and performance across multiple DTC brands. You'll lead digital strategy, creative and execution spanning CRM, eCommerce and multi-channel marketing while inspiring a talented team to deliver results and scalable growth. Description This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, and has a proven track record of growing brands from early-stage through to scale-up. Own and lead full-funnel digital marketing across SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliates, Influencers, CRM, Email, WhatsApp, Social, Paid Social, App, Direct Mail, and Analytics. Oversee tag management systems, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights across platforms. Develop and deliver impactful campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, including Meta, Google, and ATL. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative multi-channel strategies. Manage daily trading activity across Shopify and WooCommerce platforms. Oversee CMS, CRO, merchandising, promotions, content, and customer journey optimisation. Partner with creative and brand teams to deliver a cohesive digital customer experience. Lead the development and continuous improvement of the DTC websites. Ensure digital infrastructure supports scalability, automation, and personalisation. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional digital team of 2 direct reports. Balance short-term commercial performance with long-term strategic growth. Foster a collaborative, agile, and data-driven culture focused on excellence in performance, brand, and customer experience. Manage external agencies and partners to maximise ROI and brand impact. Profile About You: Strong creative acumen with an eye for detail. Proven track record driving digital and eCommerce growth, conversion, and customer acquisition. Skilled in CRM platforms to scale performance and customer experience. Strong collaborator with experience managing stakeholders, agencies, and partners. Data-driven mindset with sharp commercial focus to optimise ROI and performance. Customer-obsessed innovator who enhances engagement and retention through digital. Inspiring leader who builds, mentors, and motivates high-performing digital teams.Job Offer Salary of £70,000 per annum. 25 days annual leave. Pension contribution.
