Head of Digital Product | EMEA | Remote with occasional travel | Salary up to £110,000 + Excellent Benefits Are you ready to lead one of the most exciting digital transformations in the Ecommerce space? Do you have deep Shopify expertise and thrive in international, cross-functional environments? We are partnering with a global health and wellness brand that is undergoing a significant period of growth and digital acceleration across the EMEA region. This role will be instrumental in delivering a large-scale migration to Shopify, supporting local teams across multiple countries, and ultimately driving digital excellence and innovation. The Ideal Candidate: You will be strategic, commercially astute, and a confident relationship builder - someone who can lead complex programmes while staying hands-on and delivery-focused. You'll bring global experience, strong digital product knowledge, and a genuine passion for delivering user-focused platforms. A background in FMCG, health, nutrition, or consumer brands is highly desirable. Big company FMCG backgrounds are preferred, either current or past! Head of Digital Product - Benefits: Salary up to £110,000 (depending on experience) Significant Bonus Potential Annual product allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days with long service) Private medical insurance (including full family cover) Life Assurance (4x salary) Group Income Protection ( Enhanced family-friendly leave Health and wellbeing initiatives such as running clubs and yoga sessions Regular company-wide social events One Charity Day and one Life Event Day per year Remote-first role with very occasional travel to a Northern-based UK office and international locations where requiredThe Role: Lead the rollout of a new Shopify-based digital commerce platform across 45+ regional websites, replacing legacy systems such as Magento and CommerceTools Manage end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives across EMEA, with a focus on scalability, localisation, and operational efficiency Champion best-in-class user experience, SEO, accessibility, and performance standards Work closely with digital, IT, and marketing functions to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business goals Collaborate with specialist Shopify partners in other global regions to deliver the programme on time and to specification Support and enable regional teams to take ownership of local platforms, including delivery of training and documentation Ensure integration with ERP and backend systems is delivered to the highest standard Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous platform improvement Report directly into the Senior Director of Digital Commerce, EMEA and act as a trusted digital advisor within the businessThe Candidate Will Have / Be: Extensive hands-on experience delivering large-scale Shopify implementations A strong track record in digital product leadership, ideally across multi-country or multi-region environments Previous experience in the FMCG, health, wellness, nutrition or consumer sectors A clear understanding of ERP integration and the wider technical landscape behind Ecommerce platforms Experience managing platform localisation and rollout strategies across Europe, the UK and emerging markets Able to communicate confidently and clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable working across global time zones and cultures Familiarity with Magento would be an advantage, as some local platforms may still be in transition A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, pragmatic, and results-orientedThis is a career-defining opportunity for a digital product leader who is ready to make a tangible impact across a global business.
