Job Description
We are working with a global technology company with a headquarters in Cambridge, they are seeking a Head of Electronics Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Lead and develop a team of Engineers.
* Oversee product roadmap.
* Lead on technical oversight for product design as well as technical documentation.
* Drive development of embedded software, electronics, and PCB design to the highest quality and performance standards.
* Provide strategic and technical leadership for product development and optimisation.
* Continually review internal resources to ensure product deliverability is achieved against timeframes.
The Successful candidate will have:
* Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree (BSc/BEng/HND) or relevant experience.
* 8–10 years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing, preferably in MedTech or related industries.
* Experienced with ISO13485 and IEC60601.
* Proven leadership experience managing and developing electronic engineering teams.
* Full product lifecycle experience from concept to commercialisation.
* Hardware and software integration expertise.
* Excellent communicational skills.
